To date, the firm has represented over 675 clients in debtor/creditor rights, workout, bankruptcy, and business litigation matters.  Clients range from individuals and single asset real estate entities to national corporations.  


The firm has developed a niche for representing corporate and individual debtors in challenging Chapter 11 reorganizations.  The firm has represented approximately 70 Chapter 11 debtors of which at least  35 confirmed plans of reorganization, and approximately 21 dismissed Chapter 11 proceedings with a majority occurring after the client had achieved their goals without the need for further bankruptcy reorganization.
